This is a list of terms is intended to help you better understand the products, processing time, payment options, and shipping methods we offer.

TYPES OF LABELS
  • SEW-ON: Made of a soft poly/cotton fabric WITH NO acrylic adhesive, these labels can ONLY sew-on to garments.
  • IRON-ON: Made of a slightly rigid poly/cotton fabric WITH acrylic adhesive, these labels are intended to iron-on to clothing.
  • PRESS-ON: Made of a super DURABLE vinyl with industrial strength adhesive, these labels are intended to press-on to clothing care tag labels and equipment.
  • PERFORMANCE LABELS: Made of a super soft and stretchy vinyl WITH adhesive, these labels are intended to iron-on to performance garments like under armor or yoga pants.
PRODUCTS
  • NAME TAPES: Made of a poly/cotton fabric pre-cut into 5/8" W x 2" L rectangles. These labels can iron-on or sew-on to garments. This is the classic label your momma uses.
  • SHOE LABELS: Made of a super DURABLE vinyl with industrial strength adhesive, these labels are intended to press-on to shoes, sandals, or boots. We recommend laminating them to prevent fading from sweat or abrasive contact.
  • MILITARY NAME TAPES: Made of a slightly rigid poly/cotton fabric WITH acrylic adhesive, these labels are intended to iron-on to clothing. THIS IS THE RECOMMENDED label for cadets and military personnel. We recommend using the following MILITARY TEMPLATE when entering names for military name tapes.
  • MILITARY PERFORMANCE LABELS: Made of a super soft and stretchy vinyl WITH adhesive, these labels are intended to iron-on to performance garments like under armor or yoga pants. These labels have military patterns printed on them.
  • AUTOGRAPH PILLOW: A novelty pillow that is 10" W x 10" L that can be decorative and function as a yearbook for your classmates or bunkmates to sign.

PROCESSING
  • STANDARD PROCESSING: If you select this option your order will be processed and shipped out in 2-3 business days. Your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you select at checkout.
  • RUSH PROCESSING: If you select this option your order will be processed and shipped out in 1 business day. Orders placed before noon will ship same day! Your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you select at checkout.
SHIPPING
  • USPS - FREE SHIPPING (5-7 DAY GROUND): This shipping method is free and DOES NOT come with a tracking number. We ask that you wait up to 2 weeks to receive your package before placing a claim. If your order was processed incorrectly we will replace it for FREE and use our discretion with the shipping method back to you.
  • IN-STORE PICKUP:Only choose this method if you want to pick your order up from our shop in METRO WEST BOSTON.
  • USPS - FIRST CLASS (TRACKABLE GROUND): This shipping method includes trackable ground shipping.
  • USPS - PRIORITY SHIPPING (3-4 DAY GROUND): This shipping method includes trackable ground shipping and you will receive your package in 3-4 business days after processing.
  • USPS - OVERNIGHT (1-2 DAY AIR): This shipping method includes tracking overnight shipping and you will receive your package in 1-2 business days after processing.
  • WHOLESALE SHIPPING: Only choose this method if you are an approved vendor placing a wholesale order.
MILITARY SHIPPING

Use the following codes for the STATE you want to ship to:
  • AA: Armed Forces Americas - Mail is routed to Miami.
  • AE: Armed Forces Europe - Mail is routed to New York City.
  • AP: Armed Forces Pacific - Mail is routed to San Francisco.

Use the following codes for the CITY you want to ship to:
  • APO: Army Post Office - Associated with the Army or Air Force installations.
  • DPO: Diplomatic Post Office - Associated with US embassies overseas.
  • FPO: Fleet Post Office - Associated with Navy installations and ships.
  • MPO: Military Post Office - Provides postal service for military personnel.
PAYMENT
  • PAYPAL: Choose this method if you want to pay using a PayPal account.
  • CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: Choose this method if you want to pay with a credit card. If your credit card does not go through, please check the name and address the card bills to. If this STILL DOES NOT work, you can complete your order by selecting 'Net Terms' as the payment option. Before processing your order, a customer service representative will reach out to help you complete your payment.
  • NET 30 (APPROVED VENDORS ONLY): Only choose this method if you are an approved vendor placing a wholesale order. You order will be captured and you won't be charged anything for 30 days.
